Nasty little bug called Sirefef

Alright,
So by now, the infection known as Sirefef has probably afflicted quite a few people and has started to become better known. Well I have been dealing with it for a while and I found a site that works pretty well for getting it taken care of:

With this website, the steps might not all apply for getting it fixed, but if the step doesn't apply to you, just go ahead and move on to the next step.
